Leslie Ann Phillips, aka Sam Phillips, born January 28, 1962 is an American singer and a songwriter.

Hough dated former DWTS co-star Mark Ballas from 2002 until 2004 then was engaged to Zack Wilson from 2006 until 2007.

Phillips also began writing music for and scoring the television series , and appeared in the final episode of season six, performing "Taking Pictures" from her Fan Dance album.
